My work in food is authentic. I shoot only with natural light and only food that is unsophisticated and good enough to eat.

Food is the most important part of life: the provenance, the processing, the finish and dine together and the etymology.
All themes accompany my work in art: painting, photography and cooking.

My inspiration derives from the tales the food tells me. I fuse my love and respect for people, ingredients, the region, the poetic message of fruit, vegetable or meat in my images.
Foods are so beautiful that I would like the moment before I cook them hold.

Sometimes I am fasci...Weiterlesennated by color and shape, sometimes they tell a story.
